Upon delivery, check the parts list, then read the user manual and watch the assembly video before setup. Place the crate on a flat, level surface and lock the casters (wheels). Add the bowls as needed; introduce your dog gradually with the doors open, then close and lock when in use. Clean regularly: remove the pull-out metal & plastic tray and wipe the frame. Note: Do not leave bowl holder installed without bowl. Remove both when not in use to avoid entanglement risk—especially for playful puppies.
