Seller’s Representations and Warranties

The Seller makes the following assurances and guarantees to the Buyer:

  1. The Seller confirms they are the rightful and lawful owner of the Dog and have complete authority to transfer ownership and sell the Dog to the Buyer.
  2. The Dog is being sold without any liens, loans, legal claims, or any other financial or legal obligations attached.
  3. The Seller certifies that the Dog is a purebred, born from the purebred sire and dam as stated on page 1 of this Agreement.
  4. At the time of sale, the Dog is in good health and free from any infectious or communicable diseases. The Buyer is allowed two (2) business days from the date of delivery to have the Dog examined by a licensed veterinarian at their own expense. If the Dog fails this health check, the Buyer may return the Dog with a written veterinarian’s report. The return is subject to confirmation by the Seller’s veterinarian. If approved, the Buyer will receive a replacement Dog of equal or comparable value. If the Buyer fails to have the Dog examined within two (2) business days, this health guarantee becomes void. Should the Buyer decide to keep the Dog despite any health concerns, the Seller is no longer responsible for any medical treatments, and all costs will be the Buyer’s sole responsibility. No replacements will be provided in such cases.
  5. This health guarantee does not include conditions such as luxating patella, parasites or worms, allergies, low blood sugar (hypoglycemia), retained testicles, loose joints, umbilical hernias, or skin conditions like dermatitis. The Seller will not replace the Dog in cases of heatstroke, neglect, abuse, or improper socialization. The Buyer confirms they have done proper research on the breed and understand the potential health risks. The Buyer accepts full financial responsibility for any medical costs related to the Dog. No refunds will be provided under any circumstances. This health guarantee applies only to the original Buyer and cannot be transferred to anyone else.
  6. To ensure the Dog is not euthanized or surrendered to an animal shelter, the Seller agrees to accept the Dog back at any point during its lifetime. However, no refunds or replacement dogs will be offered in such cases.

Fitness of Purpose

This Dog has been bred to be a family pet and companion. The Seller makes no guarantees regarding the Dog’s suitability for any particular purpose, such as obedience competitions, breeding, or show ring achievements.
